Viewing Images Without the MrSID
Plug-in
Below each image are two links: "with plug-in" and "without plug-in"
When you've chosen an image you'd like to view in detail, select the "without
plug-in" option. A new screen will appear displaying the thumbnail image you've
selected.
When you first click on the thumbnail of an image in the main page of the Image Server,
a new screen will appear displaying the thumbnail image you've selected.
Click the region of the image you'd like to view up close. The server will automatically
zoom in on that region to the zoom-percentage specified in the "next resolution"
drop-down menu. Each time you click on an image, the server zooms in to the next-highest
percentage.
You may also manually select a zoom percentage from the drop-down menu. Click on
the region you'd like to view; the server will zoom in on the region at the resolution
you've specified.
The size of the image can be adjusted using the "image size" drop-down
menu. Select the size at which you'd like to view your images. Click on the image;
it will adjust to the size you've requested.
